How can you NOT think mirrorless makes sense or be economically feasible? I want a quality sensor and lens - just lose the mechanical dinosaur parts. SLRs were needed in a film world, but not in digital. Every LCD screen accomplishes what the mirror & pentaprism do - view the image through the recording lens. Granted LCDs still need to improve (and they are), but their potential for conveying information is much greater. The sky's the limit. Panasonic even added a touch screen to the G2 - talk about a great manual focusing aid to overcome some of the LCDs shortcomings. And to all the companies that don't see this potential, good luck playing catch-up. I'm just ashamed that the names I lived with in the film days aren't leading the way.
