Couple LX5 Questions

Considering the LX5 due to the advertised "low shutter/focus lag" factor. I've had a Nikon D60 DSLR which I just sold because I'm getting too old to lug around such a big camera. Can't seem to find the LX5 anywhere locally to "touch" (northern NJ) so I have to "ask" instead:

1. 1) Is the shutter lag/focus speed REALLY as good as "advertised?" How fast is it relative to a DSLR and a good "P&S" of other brands?

1. 2) Does it have a rotatable LCD or is it fixed?

1. 3) Approx how many MB per MIN do the videos take?
