Action problem

I have an action that runs perfectly when executed from the action palette.

However, if I run the Image Processor on a folder with this action, the IP ends with an error message "Sorry, I could not process the following files:" and lists every file in the folder.

It doesn't have a save statement (previously suggested). I emailed it someone who said it ran fine for him.

I have no idea what's happening. Any ideas?
