More D7000 focus issues, sorry in advance!

Just after some opinions on my D7000.

First picture is taken with a Nikon AF 50mm at f/1.8. AF fine tune is at -20, maybe a little too much.

Second picture is with a Nikon AF-S 35mm at f/1.8. AF fine tune is also at -20.

Third picture is with my D40 with the AF-S 35mm at f/1.8, no fine tune.

I focused on the upside down 7 in each picture. AF-S was used in each shot. What do you reckon? Should I speak to Nikon about my D7000? Thanks in advance.
