1dmk2 power issue

hello,

for some odd reason--the battery strength indicator reduces to zero after taking 1 photo.

I discharged and recharged fully 2 batteries and got same results. I then tried the AC power and got same results.

has anyone seen this before?

(I'm waiting for email support from canon)
