Reason to keep LX3 after buying GF1?
Jan 3, 2011

After a lot of thinking, I've decided to purchase a GF1. I think I really need a camera with a bigger sensor to get a narrower depth of field when taking portraits, which is what I mostly take. (I even tried to take portraits with the camera with the object almost right in front of the camera, but still the DOF was thick.) A regular DSLR would be a bit too much, because I already have a lot to hull with two little kids.

When I get my GF1 with a 20mm pancake lense, will there be any reason to keep my LX3? (I'm planning to buy a 14-45mm zoom lens in the near future too.) LX3s are going at around $250 on eBay, so selling it would help my budget, unless there are good reasons to keep it as a second camera.
