5Dii menu and custom functions

I am looking to put together a list of useful settings for the 3 dial-in custom functions on my 5DII.

1) Has anyone ever seen a template (spreadsheet etc) to keep track of settings? It's not that hard to do but I was wondering if something like that is already out there before I start typing.

2) Can ALL camera functions be saved to the C1, C2, C3 settings or are there any exceptions?

3) How are people here using the three custom settings? I was thinking of having one for "difficult light/manual flash situations" (incl. AF back button), one for fast movement tracking (kids, pets etc), and one for either "high quality landscape" or "portrait/low DOF". What other uses do you have?

4) How do you keep track of your settings?
