New battery for Sony DSC-R1

The camera is pretty old and is misbehaving. Shuts down as soon as I try to take a photo. I assume that the battery has gone bad.
It currently uses np-fm50 battery with Sony branding.
I am looking for suggestions on where to buy a new battery for this camera. I am in India. I found a new Sony battery on eBay India. Price: 2800 rupees that comes to around USD 62. Here is the link: http://goo.gl/GEH4P
I believe the battery would cost less than 30 dollars in USA. I can get a friend to courier it to me and the total costing should still be lower than that.
What would you guys suggest?
