Help on e-mailing from lightroom

I use g-mail, and it works fine, and has for almost 2 years. I can send pictures from Windows with no trouble.

When I try to find it in my Program Files folder, to create an export action, it is just not there. Could it be called something else?

The best I can determine (from Kelby's lightroom 2 book) is that I will have to establish another e-mail account (with Outlook), and use it for sending out Lightroom photos. I don't really want another e-mail.
Using Lightroom 2 with the 2.7 update, and Vista.
Has anyone made this combination work?
