Enjoying my new Olympus 40-150mm & VF-2

I just received the new Olympus MFT 40-150mm for my E-PL1 and this past weekend I finally got a chance to use in the wild, literally. I'm definitely an aspiring enthusiast and this is the longest length lens I've owned. And it is loads of fun! So far so good. Aside from the really sharp pics, it is very light.

I also ordered up the VF-2 and cannot recommend it more highly. What a great improvement over the screen for bright sunny day outdoor shots. I also added the bigger eye-cup.

Here are a few samples straight out of the camera. (One was cropped.) The Teton photos are with a Hoya polarizer. At one point during a little snowshoe excursion I stopped to photo a nice composition and wished I had the 14-150mm as I did not want to change lenses in a snow storm, but then again this lens was a gift so I shouldn't complain... too much. ; )
