Client not too happy with background.

They wanted Christmas pictures done in their house. I used their hall way entrance with just one AB800. Not a whole lot of space to work with or get creative. I went with a background I thought best represents Christmas. They like the pictures a lot but not too happy with the background. They paid me $100 an hour just for my time. I took a lot of pictures with different outfits. I spent 5 hours and charged them only for 4.5 hours. I will make additional money from prints. I do my own prints. The family has money. Actually I feel like I screwed up by using just one background.

They want a re-shoot with a neutral background or at least more than one background at no additional cost. What do you guys think? I hate to do it all over again without pay. It was a lot of work the first time.
