canon,nikon, leica M mount question on nx10

Hi all,
I have tried nx10 at shop including the manual focus which shows a close up.
Would anyone of nx users have canon/nikon/leica mount and whether the close up
function is available or not ?
I will mostly go for it if it is available...
and does anyone would post some of your manual mount photo....
