Canon 10-22 or Nikon 10-24 - the deciding factor

I am looking at buying a new DSLR. The new Canon and Nikon bodies are all great. I have tried both and would be happy with either of the smaller sensor cameras. I am too cheap to go FF.
The most important lens to me is the ultra wide because I shoot mostly architecture. I like shooting other things, but I'm in the real estate business, so the ultra wide is the one that counts. I can't find a DPR review on either.
Which is sharper?
Which has less distortion?
How much does the different crop factor affect the angle of view? (I'm not worried about the long end of the zoom, only how 1.5 vs 1.6 crop factor affects the 10mm shots.)
Am I making a big issue over nothing?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
