Maybe replacing my 510, some questions

So, I have an E-510. It's a great camera, but it's falling apart. (I'm the second owner, and I've shot the hell out of it. The first owner was a pro who presumably shot the hell out of it too) and I'm thinking about replacing it.
The options are:
1) another E-510, less than $200 (don't want a 520)
2) an E-620, presumably around $400
3) an E-30, presumably around $600
4) an E-3, presumably about the same
5) Prostitution and an E-5
6) Jump ship (yeah, right)
Obviously #5 is the best (the one guy shooting hawks in flight with the E-5 and the 150/2 has me drooling), but as I am not terribly attractive and don't have a law degree it'll take a while.
So, some questions that aren't answered (sadly) by the dpreviews:
--IS. I've heard people say that the '620's IS system isn't as good as the others. Is this true? If so, how much worse is it? Good IS performance is important to me as I often shoot tele handheld.
--Autofocus. I need rock-solid spot S-AF performance in good light (which the 510 provides). C-AF would be a nice bonus. Is the 620's autofocus much better than the 510? Are the E-3 and E-30 the same?
