Help needed to post pics from Flickr --

Hi, I have tried last night to copy the URL link from Flickr and paste the link here and it did not work. A kind soul asked that I ensure it ended with '.jpg' and I added this and still did not work.

I was told best to upload to the gallery here and post from there. But I am so used to posting by linking to Flickr.
I would appreciate your kind assistance.
