First camera indecision

Hello,

I have always come to dpreview for information on cameras, figured I'd ask for advice on this. I want to buy a gift for my girlfriend, looking for an all round camera. It'd be her first camera, so I am looking for something under $200 as I am not sure how much she'll get out of it. So I am just trying to find an all round camera that she may be able to have some fun with.

After a lot of reading I have come down to a few selections. Canon SD1400, Panasonic ZR3, Panasonic FH20-22, Pentax H90.

What does everyone suggest? I wonder how much of a difference she would notice from say, the ZR3 to the FH1? Specially since it could easily be a $100 difference in price. I'd gladly appreciate any input and suggestions!
