I stll can't make my mind up :-( Help?

Hi all.

Tommorow I wil have the C5d2 and the D700 in my hands again, with battery in it that is so that I can try them both out for the second time.

Is there, image quality wise the N D700 + 24-70 can beat the 5d2 + 24-70 in overall image quality and sharpness? Lets say at F8. What is the better combo?

And in therms of sharpness and overall image quality will the 5d2 combined with L glass ever let me down?

I will start with body + 24-70, the next lens will be in 2012, a UWA.

What would you do in my situation

Buy now ( i lean toward Canon because of the lenses I prefer a better, bit cheaper and there is one Nikon doenst have, A 70-200 ish F4, thus much less weight to carry around compared to the F2.8 version(s) )

( I do have got a 4 day Switserland trip coming up in 2 weeks time, can I use the 5d2 in the light snow and with about -10 degree celsius?)

OR

Wait untill the new models are announced in 2011?

I won't be buying another body in the next 5 years

Thnks for advise once again.. Sigh.. Why do I have got so much doubts??
