Ballhead

If money was no object (I want to buy ONCE and therefore the best), which of the following Ballheads (please specify which model # or ball size) would you buy to support a MAX load of D700/MB-D10 plus 80-400mm VR plus SB900? Also, would you go for Clamp style or screw style and why?

Also if I go clamp style, will I have problems using plates from different manufacturers?
