Epson 9880 Help

I have used my 9880 for the past 6 months and never experienced this. I set up to print a 44" wide by 68" canvas. I set the size in the paper module and when I went to print it showed where the photo sat in the preview screen, it all looked fine. It began to print, but it only printed 33" of the 44". Any idea where to start to fine out why. Thanks
