85 1.2L II CA (or color blur) issue

The copy I got is very sharp. For in-door portrait, shooting at 1.2, the auto focus is fast and dead-on. However, for objects under direct sun light, the lens has serious CA (or color blue in DPP's term) issue.
The 2nd photo is the roof shingle. In additional to the purple fringing noramlly observed, it also has green fringing.
My question is,
1. Do you think this is noraml for this lens?
2. I try to fix it using latest DPP (v3.9). DPP does little help. The color fringings are still clearly visible afterwards. Usually, can DPP completely remove color fringing like these?
Thanks
