hi just want to comment on this news because it is not true and there is no rule such as this in Kuwait
yes there is an old rule that photography is not allowed inside malls without permission from the mall administration
and the newspaper depend on an accident happen to some photographers also one of the famous photographers Asked the Minister of Information about this news and he replied that it was not true
