What a gem of a guy! Recently I had the opportunity to deal with him on a camera and the whole experience was very, very positive. He's an gentleman and an anachronism in this crazy, modern world of ours, with his old-world charm and way of dealing with customers.
Strongly recommend Ken to those that are looking to acquire Leica gear. He's great.
