Transcend 400x 16gb is what I recommend. 32gb is too big in case of file errors (or in case you lost the CF). I right now carry for my 7D, 2 pcs of 16gb, 3 pcs of 8gb for a typical one-week travel. I download the photos to my laptop or external drive every other night.
