4x6 photo paper bulk purchase

Wow...I never thought this would be such a hard thing to find. I'm looking for a supplier of basically unpackaged 4x6 gloss photo paper of a decent quality, that will sell 10,000+ sheets at a time for less then 5 cents per sheet.

I was very happy with the Costco paper I was using at about 4 cents per sheet but it has been discontinued in my location.

Alternatively can someone recommend a printer where the total media cost is less then 15 cents for a 4x6 print and does as nice a print as my Epson 3880s.

Any thoughts?
