Raw images from S95

I shot 20 images in raw mode only. I can view them in Zoom Browser EX but nothing else. Canon DPP doesn't see them. I've tried to convert to DNG with Adobe tool. I've updated to the latest raw codec - 3,7. The files are valid. I've moved them from the camera to the hard drive and tried to read them directly form the camera. Moving works but nothing can open them except viewing in ZB Ex. My images are held hostage.

Any hints?
