1Ds worth anything by todays standards?

Hi everyone in the high-end Canon-forum!

I recently decided that I would try out Canon for a change, see how it fares as a brand you know...

Anyhow, simple question for you: I have found a 1Ds, the original 11Mpix one, for about $400. I now wonder if that camera still has anything going for it, especially when you factor in the price. The thing I am after is the build, and FF, hence I don't consider the cheaper models of today, even if they most likely are far superior on paper. Also, high-ISO is a non-issue, since all my work is done at below ISO800.

Also, will there be any compatibility issues with an old body like that and modern lenses?
