Reasons to prefer NEX3 over NEX5???

Hi, I'm considering to buy a NEX camera.

At the begining I thought that the NEX5 was the obvious choice (better construction, better grip, better video, ...), but after reading several reviews and playing with both I think I prefer the NEX3:

1. NEX3 uses MP4 file format for videos, which is much more computer/user friendly than AVCHD
2. NEX3 record in 720p ... I hate interlaced video
3. NEX3 has a flat bottom (better for tripod plates)
4. NEX3 has the same IQ for photos than NEX5, and it's 100 euros cheaper

Am I crazy? Is there anything that I'm not taking into account?
