BUY YOUR LENSES NOW - you've been warned.

Do you remember when prices JUMPED like crazy 2 years ago?

Buy your lenses NOW.

The US Federal Reserve is deciding to flood the market with dollars. Not a little bit. A LOT. Even for Europe, etc, this has consequence. Generally, Nikon won't raise prices just in the United States. Most likely it'll be spread out around the world.

Nikon already took a hit for overvaluing the dollar -- they just lowered their profit.

Now the dollars going to be weakened even further and this is going to be a fact. Your lenses are not going to get any cheaper. Buy em now if you want them. Waiting won't do you any good. Any the prices might even go up.

Just a heads up.

China -- who pegs their Yuan to the Dollar is up in arms about it (mostly because they are huuuuge currency manipulators themselves and the US is trying to undermine them):

Chinese-based criticism:

This could trigger some minor currency warring. If you want your lenses -- time to buy them, folks. Imports inflations is about to occur. Easier for Americans to SELL to foreign countries, but harder for us to BUY from them (Nikon).
