D90 Memory Card Issue

Hello!

I'm really puzzled about an issue I'm having and I hope some of you can help me solve my problem.
I'm not new to camera's and I think that is why I'm frustrated!
I've had a D70s for 5 years, got my D90 this summer.

When I've been shooting with my D90, yes, I format my card each time after I've downloaded my pics and ready to start a new shoot, yes, I turn off my camera before removing my card. Other then shooting...my camera is off.

What I'm getting on my computer is the 'corrupted' error and no picture downloaded!! I lost about 75 pics from a 450 picture shoot!! :0(
It was a Bridal shoot.....I was just sick over this!!
So,...out with that card...and a NEW SD Ultra high speed card -and format!

I took 50 pics from a small event on Saturday...I still lost 2 to the 'Corrupted' error!! ...what the heck??
Any thoughts??
