Have problems with RITZ CAMERA online store.

Hi!
I have a problem with Ritz Camera online store.
Three days ago I ordered a new DSLR there, but since that time I haven't received a confirmation letter. I called there several times and they told me that everything is OK and that I would receive a confirmation letter within 24 hours. But I haven't. Moreover their representatives gave me TWO different order numbers. And I still can't track any of that order numbers on their web site: http://www.ritzcamera.com . And the site doesn't recognize my last name and my zip-code.
I'm sure that the reason that I haven't received the confirmation letter is not my mail box. When you make a payment for $1500-2000 you want to have a confirmation letter.
I think that they must provide more reliable and good service instead of what they do now.
By the way has someone encountered the same problems when making orders on http://www.ritzcamera.com?
