Not meant to troll, just my humble opinion:

I just read the press release for the GF2. While it seems like a capable camera, I think Panasonic is heading in the wrong direction (imo). Judging by the specs, the GF2 seems to be more of a video camera than a still picture camera. Maybe their marketing research team came to the conclusion that the general public needed another video camera, but unfortunately making the GF2 "that" camera was disheartening for me.

They had a good thing going with an interchangeable lens, mirror-less, close in looks to a rangefinder camera with the GF1. I was hoping they were going to focus more on image quality, low light/high ISO performance, and speed with the GF2 (closer to a street shooter camera at an affordable price compared to a Leica M9), but I guess they went with the enhanced video option instead.

Now that I know the specs of the GF2, I plan to buy a GF1. Panasonic almost had it.
