These would all expose the image more or less the same. However, the LX3 would show the most noise and have the largest DOF, then the GF1 and finally the FF cam would show the least noise and have the shallowest DOF.

It would have been easier to understand if you had taken the crop factor into consideration:
LX3 @ 8.5mm, ISO800, 1/30, F3.0
GF1 @ 20mm, ISO800, 1/30, F3.0
FF @ 40mm, ISO800, 1/30, F3.0
Will yield about the same pictures except DOF.

Dynamic range will differ depending on the contrasts in the motive, there will be more details in the dark and light areas in the FF than in the LX3.

Noise would depend on the light conditions, in good light there would hardly be any differences.
