f/1.8 on m4/3, ASP-C, FF; are they the same?

OK, so I looked at the GH1 vs. the 5D and they are almost the same from ISO 100 -ISO 1600.

How could this be? Sensor technology shouldn't matter too much if what you say is true.

Oh yeah and make sure you press the "print" toggle on Dxo as was mentioned as that dosn't print it but just equalizes for the overall image calculating in the differences of resolution.
