speck on Epl1 sensor --help!

I have a visible speck on the sensor of my Epl1 after using it on the coast, and presumably changing lenses when a breeze was whipping around.
Going to Australia in three weeks.

What do I do? Buy a cleaning kit and attempt it myself? Send it to Olympus for cleaning?
try a local camera shop?
I have been using slrs for years and have never before had to face this...
