Which inexpensive zoom for E-PL1?

I see two possibilities--

The Olympus 40-150mm f/4.0-5.6 ED Zuiko Digital Lens with MMF-2 Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter for $200 at Amazon.

The Panasonic 45-200mm f/4.0-5.6 Lumix G Vario MEGA OIS Zoom Micro Four Thirds Lens for Panasonic and Olympus Micro Four Thirds Cameras for $260 at Amazon.

I thought there was a comparable m4/3 just out from Oly, but I can't find it right this minute.

Any thoughts on these two? How do they compare in quality, size, weight?
