Nikon CaptureNX 2 2.2.6 product key problem.

Hi all,

I don't know if anyone having the same problem I am having. I had NX1 & NX2 purchased from B&H in an original boxs. Been using it two plus year with couples of updates very successful.

Today I updated my NX2 to version 2.2.6 it tell my my PRODUCT KEY IS NOT GENUINE. Called Nikon put on hold 25 Minutes finally someone answer, but still could help me solve the problem 'til the next 24hrs. The person I spoke to knew that my product key was registered with Nikon since 2008, he doesn't know why I start to have issue now.
Very disappointing Nikon.
