Mandarin duck in the wild......

Hi,
I went for a walk around my neighborhood lake in Northern Virginia and I spotted these 3 Mandarin ducks. Unfortunately I had my D200 with a wide angle lens. I went back home and mounted my 300mm f2.8 AF-S II and a 1.7X TC. These were shot on two different days and different lighting and ISO setting.
