Canon Wide Angle Lenses

I'm looking for a wide angle lens for travel. I would like to use it for landscape, portraits, low light, and night shots. I'm debating between three lenses. Price is a factor, however I want a lens that is great quality and will produce great images, so i'm willing to spend the money now to get something that will last a long time.
I have a Canon 50D, these are my options below:
Canon EF 14mm f/2.8L II USM (L-Lens)
Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM Autofocus Lens (L-Lens)
Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM (L-Lens)
Is a 10-22 too wide and brings unnatural looking photos?
