TL350 HD video quality

Looking at the TL350 to use for instructional videos to replace larger video cams.

Videos are going online. How is the quality of the 1920 X 1080 on the TL350 for you? Any comparison with Flip or Zi8?

Also the videos will be shot in areas where light might be low so how is the low light video?
