60D or 7D from 20D

I have a 20d that I've had for 5 years, 8MP, and would like to get something with higher MP. Both the 60D and the 7D are 18MP and are the same crop sensor that I have now. Can anyone tell me a benefit of one over the other? My 20d has 5fps, so the 60d going back to 5fps is not going to affect me.
