Traveling With a White Background

I have to travel to Charlotte NC to shoot 100 portraits at a dinner event in a few weeks. I live in Michigan. Most of these are couples from the waist up on white. I've always shot on white seemless in the past. Is there a simpler option? Something that I can take on a plane with me? Thanks.
