Informal Poll: Nikon 24mm 1.4 Focus Issues Solved?

The Nikon 24mm 1.4 has now been on sale for a few months.

For those who are lucky enough to own the lens,
please kindly advise if you have encountered the focus
problems (inaccurate focus) that were reported upon its initial release.

Did you have to buy a few samples to get a good lens?
What is your keeper rate?

Was the problem resolved by using a different focus technique?

I would like to know, as this is one lens I plan to eagerly
save up money to buy. Appreciate your comments. Thank you.
