Challenge voting problem

When I look at finished challenges I sometimes despair, to me many voters don't read, take any notice or understand Challenge descriptions and just vote for images that they personally like, I have noticed this on many challenges, when I vote I do not vote if it does not fit the description, many times some of the top images just do not work for me, I do enter some challenges myself and I want to say this is not just sour grapes.

These challenges are a great idea and give many people pleasure hoping to be at the top somewhere and of course the only prize is pride in you position.

I am now constucting a barricade against missiles and flames they might possibly come my way in the not too distant future.
