Save with a K-x or spend the extra couple hundred on K-r? New user

Just for background, I want to say that I am a returning Pentax user. I learned photography from my K1000 film camera back in the day, then sold it to move into digital, and now I'm a prodigal son wanting back into the Pentax system. I have been waiting to pull the trigger on a K-x till the price dropped. Now the price is super low, but the K-r looks like it might be worth the difference. I do a lot of travel photography over-seas so I take everything from panoramics to indoor, low-light pics. Happy to hear from K-x owners whether you think K-r is worth the couple hundred dollars of difference. Thanks
