Gidday Roel & All
Methinks that for all the hyperbole and angst here about the D7000 and the E-5, the "natural enemies" of the D7000 and the 60D are each other ... Not the E-5.
Probably so.
Other than our pet serial trolls, I don't think the average Canon or Nikon user knows or cares that Olympus exists - that's the reality!
And it does seem that the D7000 is rather well ahead on points at this stage, IMHO ...
This rather than the E-5, which is, and always was, going to be a niche product (for the cognoscenti - ROTFLMHO! ... ). You know, for us Olympus Outcasts .
If Olympus is Outcast Territory, then I don't mind living there.
Personally mate, my Olympus gear suits me just fine ... :).
You do realize, don't you, that it was the place where the Gods live?
Even us colonial Orstialians are not completely lacking a classical eddycashun, Roel. Used to love the Greek, Roman and Norse mythologies in my young adulthood - I know about Valhalla and Mount Olympus etc. Isn't that where the Pope lives? Lol.
It has always been easy to confuse gods with outcasts from a mere mortal's perspective. All these crazy ideas and powers...
Lol! Shouldn't you be packing, or something ...
