Low light indoors: Sigma 30/1.4. There exists a 24/1.8, which I have and like. However, it's not as bright and doesn't have HSM focusing. The 24/1.8 also focuses extremely closely, and if you shot film and had a 50mm f/1.8 lens and liked it, the Sigma 24/1.8 is for you. I think even that lens is too tight for indoor shots, especially of the "party snapshot" types; set your kit lens to 24 and 30 mm, and see if you can live with that indoors.

The ZD 50/2 is not really a prototypical landscape lens, though it's sharp corner to corner to be one. It will definitely be too telephoto for indoors. Also consider the Sigma 50/1.4: it focuses a bit better and is one stop brighter.
