Please recommend PC

I am a full time photographer/videographer and in the market to replace my 4 yr old PC and have considered iMAC but after reading recent posts it seems to make more sense to stay in the PC world, in addition I work within an organization that will provide PC support but no support for MAC.

Would appreciate advise on latest reliable fast PC brand that comes with best processer/video card/hard drive, etc...that I can build upon. I will be editing from camcorder, using built in card readers, running Pinnacle, CS5, tons of other software, be on network server,etc...
