Sigma SD14 Problem
Sep 9, 2010

Hello,
I recently bought a Sigma SD14 dSLR, that I was very keen on testing. After I received it and made the first photos I couldn't believe the horrible chroma noise I was getting even at base ISO, let alone the awful green tinge on every photo that I take. Switching to RAW let me control the greenish tinge and the white balance, but the chroma noise still remained (even if I did 100% chroma noise reduction in ACR).
Comparing my photos with the ones that I see online in galleries made with a SD14 brought me to the conclusion that my green channel/data output must be broken. I tried a firmware update, but it didn't help me at all.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Do any of you know of a solution for this problem?
Thank you in advance.
I uploaded some jpeg-s to see for yourself what I'm talking about.
