Pentax K-r already on Amazon

I see Amazon already has the K-r up for pre-order. They have numerous other kits with various lenses. I wonder what it will be with the new DA 35mm.

Is this the same sensor as the K-x? I will probably wait for the K-7 replacement, but I was tempted by the K-x as a low light camera but shied away in the end due to lack of other features. The K-r keeps some of the features I would have missed from the K-7.
