Where are the artists after all photography si an art form

This photo was sent to me by a very dear friend. I have looked at it dozens of times and marveled at the color of the steps. Often wondering if in PP he changed the color of the steps just as an aartist can do with what ever media they work in. today we have all the tools to change our pictures in color and in fact you can evern make them into cartoons. Or all blue or all green or what ever color we so desire.

so I ask you artists who are out there show your stuff. Tells us what devices you used to creat your art work. Let us in on your secrets. Let us also become magicians who with a wave of our mice can also be creative.
